What can I expect with my delivery?

Pumpkins will be delivered from September 29th - October 10th. Deliveries and design set-up will take place Monday-Friday. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your set-up will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted.

Customers have the option to select their preferred delivery week during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preference but cannot guarantee your delivery week. Customers will be notified by email if their delivery date is modified. Please let us know if you have a MUST RECEIVE by date. We want to be able to get you what you need, when you need it.

What should I expect for end of season removal?

Customers that have selected Removal will be able to choose to pumpkins removed the week before or the week after Thanksgiving. (Nov 17-21 or Dec 1-5)

You do not need to be home at the time of Removal. Only uncarved pumpkins and hay will be removed. We request you dispose of your carved pumpkins. Please let us know if you have a MUST REMOVE BY date.

How do I select my delivery zone?

Deliveries inside the orange zone will not be charged an additional fee.

Deliveries inside the red zone will be charged a $25 delivery fee.

Deliveries inside the yellow zones will be charged a $50 delivery fee.

Do you provide custom packages or deliver to businesses?

Absolutely! Email us at firstcoastpumpkinco@gmail.com for a custom package quote. We deliver and design at both residential and business locations.

How should I care for my pumpkins?

We are delivering fresh-from-the-patch pumpkins. With that, our pumpkins will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins.

We encourage you to check your patch often and eliminate any rotting pumpkins. This will help keep your remaining pumpkins intact.

A sprinkle of cayenne pepper is a great way to deter any pests from bothering your pumpkins.

What is your Refund Policy?

All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, email firstcoastpumpkinco@gmail.com. Transfers can only take place during the current delivery season.
